Hedda Grevle Ottesens practice recline in different art expressions emphasized on painting, video and text. The video installation ARENA II transform and dissolve humid clichés in motion through isolating moments, engage our sensory feels and mediate complex stories. Stories of speculation, gossip, values and truth.

Hedda Grevle Ottesen Grevle holds a MFA from The Art Academy in Oslo, a BFA degree from the Art Academy in Bergen—including an exchange to the Painting Department at Weißensee Kunsthochschule Berlin. Moreover, she holds a BA in art history from the Universities in Oslo and Bergen. She has exhibited at galleries like VI, VII, Blomqvist, Podium, Caviar Factory, and KVIT among others. From 2016 until recently, Grevle has been the curator of After School Special at Bergen Kunsthall’s event space Landmark; a one night only event that focuses on connecting students and newly established artists from Bergen to the international art scene through its program.
