Tusen takk is a 12-minute film that consists of three sequences. With different approaches, they highlight thoughts and feelings associated with the act of giving or receiving a gift, and the emotions this might evoke. Everything from disappointment, guilt, excitement to anticipation. The musical score in part 2 of the film is made by Jo Mikkel Sjaastad Huse. Eli Mai wants to thanks everyone who has helped in the process.

Eli Mai Huang Nesse (b. 1992 Sogndal) is currently taking a master's degree in art at the Academy of Fine Arts in Oslo. She has a bachelor's degree from Kungl. Stockholm Academy of the Arts, with an exchange to the Bergen School of Art and Design. Huang Nesse has, among other things, had a separate exhibition at Galleri Slakt (Bergen) and shown works at R1 Reaktorhallen (Stockholm), ABF-huset (Stockholm) and Høstutstilling at Kunstnernes Hus (Oslo).

Tusen takk er ein film på 12 minutt som består av tre sekvensar. Dei tek på ulike måtar føre seg kjensler knytt til det å gi og få gåver. Til dømes skuffelse, skyld, spenning og forventning. Eli Mai Huang Nesse (f. 1992 Sogndal) tar for tida master i kunst på kunstakademiet i Oslo. Ho har ein bachelorgrad frå Kungl. Konsthögskolan i Stockholm, med utveksling til Kunst- og Designhøgskolen i Bergen. Huang Nesse har blant anna hatt separatutstilling ved Galleri Slakt (Bergen) og vist arbeider ved R1 Reaktorhallen (Stockholm), ABF-huset (Stockholm) og Høstutstillingen på Kunstnernes Hus (Oslo).
