EMPOWERMENT is a short film about the sensual human body under the influence of neon lights, power symbolism and religion, the soft machine in an everlasting ecstasy empowering itself through that which is submissive. 

Karen Nikgol is a painter, curator and director, whose works investigate mysticism, eroticism and power. He is the co-founder of the artist run space Noplace, Oslo.
